I think every single day, approximately every 18 seconds, someone on the internet writes an article about how to lose weight, or how to build muscle, or basically just how to get your body to do what you want it to do.
It gets a little repetitive after a while, doesn’t it? Yeah, I kinda figured.
So, I’ve decided to do something a little different. Instead of explaining how to get your body to do what you want it to do (been there, done that), I’m going to explain why it’s not currently happening. You know, why you’re failing to lose weight, or failing to build muscle.
